While many young musicians are top-notch performers as soloists, young chamber musicians require additional training and rehearsals before they can master small ensemble performance skills and form a musical bond with their partners. It takes a combination of private instruction, rehearsals, group coachings and concert performances to make this happen, which is why the educational experiences that OPUS provides are of such high value to young artists. Participants are top-tier musicians who benefit from these additional, but all too rare, opportunities to learn, rehearse, and perform in public venues for audiences beyond their own families and friends.
